Sir Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu, #Nigerian businessman and politician who was West Africa's wealthiest man. His wealth (in today`s terms) exceeded that of Dangote and Otedola. He died in 1966, 9 months before his son Emeka led the secession of #Biafra that led to Nigeria`s civil war.

The 1999 constitution was submitted to review by the PRC (which was a body of about 25-30 military officers). They alone dictated what stayed in/out of the draft constitution. #Nigeria has not had a constitution that was exclusively produced by civilians for almost 60 years.

The Chairman of the Committee that produced the 1999 Constitution was Justice Niki Tobi, Professor of Law, and (later) Justice of the Supreme Court, from Bomadi in Delta State. There was no soldier or military officer involved in the drafting/production of that Constitution.
