A year ago today about this time, I was being held under section at a mental health hospital, after being detained trying to jump off a bridge. The photos above are a year later, taken today with my daughter If you are struggling with mental health please talk. Things do improve.

Had enough now of the abuse referees get. To see a referee get physically assaulted today is shocking. Enough is enough it has to end now. Referees are not perfect they do make wrong decisions but in no other line of work or hobby is swearing at someone seen as acceptable.

Just want to say a public thank you to @SteyningTown . I was unfortunately taken ill last night during my @SussexCountyFA u23 and was taken into hospital. I'm out now and recovering. Steyning took such great care of me. And made sure I was OK. I cant express enough thanks.

It may of gone unnoticed today but @rocks1883 invited elderly residents from Elizabeth house in Bognor Regis and Rotherlea in Petworth to today's game. The residents were given programs ,tea and coffee during the game. Great to see from an amazing football club. @Shawhealthcare
