Coaches that run GT Counter: Specifically vs Odd fronts... What do you have the PST do? Base the 4/4i? Arc outside to influence? Rip inside to the LB? Does it depend on alignment (ex: base the 4 but leave him if he's in a 5)? Does it depend on formation?

Tomorrow night is the final HS football game for our 2021 seniors. It was an honor to serve them as freshman HC back in 2017, which was not only their 1st year in the program but mine as well. I'm very proud of them and look forward to their futures.

@robertmays It's not the passing on Deshaun that bothers me. Many teams pass on good players. But it's the "trading to move up 1 pick and then pick the wrong QB" that bothers me. It made no sense then. It looks so much worse now. Complete mismanagement

Ok here me out... 1. Go back to the pre-BCS bowl system. Preserve/return bowl qualifiers to traditional setups (ex: Rose = B1G champ vs Pac-12 champ) 2. After bowls finish, determine a 4-team playoff to begin the week after. Bowls give another data point and reduce optouts

The DeForest freshman football squad ended the season with a bang, beating Janesville Parker 63-14 at home. They finished the season 6-2 overall, the only losses coming against undefeated teams. Expecting big things for the next 3 years! #legacy #norskies

@CoachShiffman A2: not doing conditioning/laps/suicides/etc to finish practice. Always do something they actually need to finish, like no-huddle plays down & back, tackling/pursuit, etc. I believe you need to build conditioning for a football game by doing actual football things #hogfbchat
