Their bravery will undoubtedly help others.
Most of the

This is exactly the sort of 'treatment' I received as part of a similar undercover investigation. These so-called therapies have no basis in science. Glad more light is being shed on these practices.
REVEALED: The church that claims God can 'fix' gay people. Winners Chapel tells our reporter:
- Satan is controlling parts of him
- God can change him
- Society's acceptance of gay people is like Nazi propaganda
- Prayer can help
First ever broadcast of conversion therapy in UK.
Itโs my last day

A viewer asked a simple enough question:
โWhy is a garden centre safe but not a garden if I observe socially distancing?โ
โNot everybody has a gardenโ
MY question is.... if they have no garden, why would they be at a garden centre? ๐
We've been inundated with people asking why those in England can meet someone in a park but not in a garden.
@louiseminchin
put that question to Health Secretary Matt Hancock on

We're taking an in-depth look at how hate crime is impacting the LGBT+ community after last weeks stats were announced.
Trans hate crime up 56% and hate crime against lesbian, gay, bisexual people up 41% so particularly keen to hear about these experiences. DM me.

Monday July 25.
Paul was a trailblazer for the LGBT+ community.
My favourite anecdote is from 1987 when the police raided the Royal Vauxhall Tavern at the height of the AIDs crisis wearing rubber gloves.
โWell, well, โ Paul (Lily) said โlooks like weโve got help with the washing upโ.

Absolutely dreadful news about Drag Race UK star Cherry Valentine (George Ward) - who has died at the age of 28.
Their influence went way beyond the fun of the show; they spoke about mental health, life as an LGBT Roma Traveller and helped with the Covid vaccine rollout. RIP.
Thereโs a lot of talk about so-called conversion therapies at the moment after three government advisors - who said not enough is being done to ban it - resigned.
Itโs something Iโve been investigating for years - so I joined

Mourners have gathered outside the church where the service will be played out on a speaker.
Many are wearing pink and some are carrying pink balloons and trans pride flags.
The mood in one Tory Party WhatsApp group is said to be โPrivately heartbroken, furious.โ A source added โWe feel weโve wounded the party. The fight goes on and weโre not anywhere near done or defeated on this.โ

Iโm very lucky to have a job involves telling stories that matter to our community. ๐
My analysis: Legal challenges arguably never come at the right time; but the timing of this one could be particularly embarrassing for the government:
- It comes shortly after a Council of Europe report raised grave concerns about the UKโs direction of travel on LGBT+ rights.
The Home Office won't renew its Hate Crime Strategy, despite hate crimes against trans people rising 11% in past year.
We spoke to hate crime victims incl a trans woman who admitted it was hard to speak to the BBC due to some of its past trans coverage.
BREAKING: Monkeypox vaccine rollout to pause as UK runs out.
One sexual health worker told me: "It's unconscionable. More people are going to be getting monkeypox and it will be transmitted in our communities."

Some mourners are wearing T-shirts with the words โRest in Power Briannaโ.
These are from the many vigils that were held across the country (and indeed the world) after Briannaโs death.
For clarityโs sake; this didnโt happen within the event site for UK Black Pride, but after the couple had left the event site to continue their Black Pride celebrations.
They referred to Black Pride as a day rather than just what goes on in the confines of the event site itself

I said this yesterday to a friend. Often when interacting with a woman who could feasibly be a bit intimidated (for example in a queue for a taxi outside a night club) I will make myself more obviously camp.
Day two in Manchester Crown Court at the trial of a boy and girl who are charged with murdering teenager Brianna Ghey in Warrington in February.
Please note this is an on-going trial so I am switching off replies.

Somebody once bought my favourite leather jacket (that would never fit me again after Covid ๐) and absolutely had my life.
Glad itโs not just me.
No-one: โHow did the Breakfast Christmas party go Josh?โ
Me: โOh it was just a quiet one. Quite civilised really. Didnโt drink that much.โ
My camera roll:
- This summer, the UK gov is set to host its first ever global LGBT conference โSafe To Be Me.โ Theyโre unlikely to want a legal row over their NHRIโs stance on trans rights hanging over them during it.
