Not often I feel proud of myself but at the age of 36 I made my Senior debut for @HarlowTownFC today against Thame Utd. Absolutely gutted and distraught we conceded in the 95th min for a 2-2 draw but what a fantastic opportunity and the trust shown in me is beyond words.

He backs up what he says and I agree some players react differently, but this is men’s football. 3 points matter, and if a pussy foot approach don’t work, this is needed.

I remember FA Cup Final day starting at 0900 in the morning. BBC and ITV competing each other - team hotels from 1000, interviews with players, fans outside hotels. Families made a whole day of it, BBQ’s, God Save The Queen bellowing out. Didn’t even realise it was on today!

I speak to scouts all the time about non league players. They watch you.. your body language.. your social media👀 just stay where you are and graft. Show resilienc, don't leave your club because you didn't start a game or two. They know everything they have eyes everywhere 👀
