Sideline manner needs to be a module for coach education courses of all levels. Clubs need to video their coaches for analysis purposes just as much as they do the players.... Some of the behaviour you witness weekly is frankly embarrassing #rolemodel

When a parent is considering clubs for their kid to join, this is the most important question they should ask "who will coach my kid?" Not what crest will they wear? Players have often joined great clubs with poor coaches simply for the crest
