i hate the “prim’s reaping was rigged” theory so bad bc yes if u believe that u have actually misunderstood some of the central themes of the book 😭 the entire point is that katniss was NOT a chosen one, she was made into it for propaganda on both sides

i believe in holding people accountable but i think constantly bringing up the bad things they did long after the fact when they have demonstrably changed is just. so depressing. like the idea that deep down people are only ever the worst things they have done is so depressing
