OMG. I did it! 10th clean, finally. Stretching matters but the built of the keys helps too. I saw some hands covering C3 to F4…why am I doing this? To be able to play complex voicing and my fav secundal harmonies :)

Bastl Kastle Drum & Arp I/O connection using stereo to mono splitter cable. The stereo goes into TASCAM DR-40x user as an audio interface for the computer. The audio input goes into Logic Pro X and the effects were built with Guitar Rig 6.

What do you think the human voice is for? Music, speech…both, anything? I am trying to assess if the voice can qualify as an unconventional musical instrument or not. I think some languages are actually so musical that the speech can count as music..

I just figured why I am so much into modular synthesis / sound design lately. Analog is non-binary. Unplugging reconnects me with life in a fresh way. Playing an instrument is not the same..once you master it you know what to expect. The discovery excitement fades out slowly.

It’s just so annoying that I have to consciously scale down the virtuosity aspect because no-one has time or money to learn the piece…what about the art behind music? Music should not be just functional and serve a purpose to accurately illustrate emotions or support images…
