There we have it. 12 months to the day since I sold my first product on Amazon. Started with £5k & set myself a target of £85k in sales. Also had 6 weeks out due to account suspension 🙄 Not bad for an oversaturated pyramid scheme 😜

Found a product, but wasn’t sure about it. Did a test buy & it’s a banger. Supplier showed 40 in stock so I contacted them regarding order limit. No order limit. Asked if there was a discount available if I bought them all? 12.5% discount. If you don’t ask you don’t get 😀

Today my daughter is 8 weeks old. I might not be the biggest seller in the world, but Amazon FBA has allowed me to be at home for every minute of those 8 weeks. Not many fathers are fortunate enough to experience that, & it’s all because of Amazon. Time freedom is special.

🚨May Results🚨 Target was to break £30k revenue and £6k profit after coming so close in April. Did I hit my targets? I'd bloody say so!!! £49k Revenue🤯 £9.88k Profit💰 Last month as VAT Reg, so the honeymoon is well and truly over! I'd say I made the most of my last month

My VA has been with me for a year now so I’ve just given her a pay rise. I still don’t use a bonus system, but she’s incredible & deserves more. If you’ve got a good relationship with someone working for you, make sure they know what you think of them.

Woke up to a message from my VA today. She couldn’t sleep, so did some overnight sourcing. She didn’t have internet today so sourced on her phone using data. She found me 6 purchasable deals 🤯 Don’t tell my wife how much I love this girl!

That's me, at the top of this list. This is the Buy Box win %. I have the highest, despite having almost the highest average price. But quite some distance too. If you still think undercutting is the key to success, this should help you re-evaluate.

This new feature is actually a game changer. Instead of just seeing the info of the 10 cheapest sellers, you can now see everyone using the 'Load More' button. The amount of time this will save is huge. The guys @SellerAmp constantly improving their already excellent product👏

September went much better than expected, big growth in sales from August, which considering the cash flow issues I had is excellent! Would have liked a bit more profit, but cleared a lot of dead stock. September ended on record spend, so bring on Q4!

#NewbieFBA Top Tip #1 Open an Amazon Seller Account Sounds obvious & basic, but I spent months doing the dance around this. Kept telling myself I’d do it eventually. Time was never right. Guess what happened when I did? Sold my first product within a month & never looked back!

Woke up to a panicked text from my VA today. She’s got a family emergency that needs tending to. She was asking to take unpaid leave. I gave her the week off, full pay & paid her early to help with expenses. Why? She’s worth it. Too many people treat VAs as disposable.

Sales are down quite a fair bit, but my ROI is so much better. Seeing more profit, even with the lower sales volume. Next step, get both!

I honestly think one of the hardest things in FBA is patience. I’m desperate to be posting bigger numbers, but this game is all about organic growth. Looking back at my first month numbers, I’ve now done them in a day. Progress is happening, I’m just greedy!
