Big George has worked for @NHSGGC for 42 yrs, currently as an auxiliary in DSU recovery. He’s been a vociferous #RegionalAnaesthesia advocate all that time and hasn’t required RCTs to spot the benefits 😃! Those of us who do RA will miss him - those who don’t might not as much😉.
