Carbon tax is designed to curb fuel usage through pricing. Canada is cold. You can't cut back on heating. Canada is big, and widely dispersed. Going to work, requires gas usage. Cutting gas use ain't going to happen. Therefore rather than Curbing usage, it just hurts people.
