This is exhausting. If we ban epiphany, the odds we just have to ban chariot are extremely high. “Traditional midrange” died when every threat became a snowball. Incremental advantage is dead and banning epiphany isn’t going to bring it back.

One thing I've noticed from content creation is that the average Magic player builds their decks to try to beat everything and not to maximize their win percentage. I wish I would've learned this earlier in my card-slinging career. You don't need "outs" to everything.

Decided to play some Arena this month! Phoenix is incredibly fun and v good. Haven't seen too many people on Ox but the card is snapped. I cut Finale of Promise in most matchups as a hedge for grave hate. Card under the Done button is a Beacon Bolt. Happy Flapping!🐤⚡

@baetog_ Magic is better when emphasis is placed on the gameplay rather than deck diversity. The latter is often the only talking point when discussing whether a metagame is “healthy” but some of my favorite formats have been 2-3 deck formats 🤷🏼‍♀️
