Coach DeBoer is a good man. The care Coach showed for Ryan when he lost his mom was real and genuine and I'm thankful for that. That said, if I hear words like "culture", "family" or "loyalty" from any coach again I'll throw up in my mouth. they mean spit in College football

"Kruser" was 1 of the best coaches I ever had. Several years after graduating, we were playing rat ball at the school. Coach Kruse walked in and all of a sudden, everybody was paying DEFENSE and hustling. He won the respect from us in the mid80s, & we weren't an easy group!RIP

The Basketball Coaching Community lost two great ones today. Mercer Island Boys & Winningest Coach in State History Ed Pepple & long time mostly assistant coach at Tumwater, Black Hills Don Kruse both passed away today. Our hearts & love are with both of these great coaches.

@NW_Spotlight @LyndenLionsFB That 2012 Lynden team was unbelievably good, maybe the best 2A team we've ever played against at Tumwater (2016 Archbishop Murphy would be right there too) . I think 2012 Lynden would have given Bellevue and Skyline problems in an all-classification tournament. #respect2A
