If Kate Middleton is getting 2 weeks in hospital for ‘abdominal surgery’ (probs a hysterectomy) and no duties until after Easter….
…it just tells you what the ‘commoners’ should REALLY be getting!

I'm in the UK. I've just sent hand made nests & pouches to Australia to help with bushfire wildlife rescues.
What on earth is your government doing by allowing this on top of everything the wildlife & environment has suffered?
I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this. 😢

We are in the middle of a biodiversity and climate crisis. We need all the wild flowers & insects we can get right now…..especially in Spring when birds & mammals have offspring to feed.
Please don’t mow the flowers. 😕

Anyone who gets cat body language can see this gorgeous mountain lion wasn’t after eating the little dog, but was simply curious.
I get that Dash’s human was a nervous though! I hope she lets the mountain lion live in peace. We impinge enough on wildlife territory as it is.

I'm shocked that you're a teacher with so little understanding of neurodiversity.
It's not necessarily dislike of crowds, but rather needing space to recover from sensory overload that autistic people often need.

Prince Harry served in the army, including 2 tours of Afghanistan. He knows all too well the issues there.
They are using their position to urge people to support relevant help organisations. I think that’s fair enough.

Going vegan 5 years ago is one of the best things I've done. After 30 years of being vegetarian, finding out more about the cruel realities of animal farming was a game changer for me.
I hope many others will similarly open their eyes 🐣🐄🐓🐖🐟
Sad though it may be, do we really need wall to wall coverage on a loop of the death of Prince Phillip on all BBC radio stations?
There are people out there struggling through a pandemic who rely on radio to keep spirits up. A bit of balance would help.
I was vegetarían for 30 year before becoming vegan 4 years ago. I won't knock it.
But I'd urge all vegetarians, new and old, to ultimately transition to a vegan / plant-based way of life for the animals & future health of our planet.

We have to avoid providing ammunition for the meat industry to accuse vegans of 'scaremongering'. Thanks 🌱

Tories have been making ‘efficiency’ cuts since 2010. There’s nothing left to cut…..except maybe Lords daily attendance expenses, parliamentary canteen subsidies, MP expenses & lavish refurbishment projects.
Being the first woman to lead QI is NO compensation for Sandi Toksvig being paid 40% of the salary of the previous host. Equal pay for equal work.

Personally I don’t think you should apologise. Stick to your guns.
The people you criticised are responsible for the policies. Policies don’t make themselves.
Those people are still liars in my opinion and deserved to be called out.

Before you explode with unfounded rage, now think about this in reverse. This may well be how black people have felt for decades, not being represented in mainstream culture. Being sidelined hurts doesn’t it?
The law must be tightened up on this, including for cafes & restaurants.
I’m lactose intolerant and have become quite I’ll after eating supposedly vegan foods sold at some pubs & take-always.

Hmmm. It’s an ethical stance actually.
It’d be interesting to know if the same people ditching fake meat are still actually vegan but eating healthier, much cheaper, whole foods.

Given the highest mortality risk is in ageing & poorly people with underlying health conditions, it's a solution for the gov't to:
* Reduce ageing population
* Reduce need for social care
* Reduce 'bed-blockers'
* Reduce pension payouts
* Reduce disability benefits

If you're not a vegetarian, why not give it a go?
If you are already vegetarian, give veganism a go!
In both cases you'll be making less of a negative impact on the planet and the animals we share it with.
Sad news Amazon have confirmed that they are soon to start building their huge warehouse on Melton Fields. This veteran oak tree and ancient hedgerow, home to lots of birds and wildlife, will be cut down and covered in concrete. Just so people can get more ‘stuff’ 😢
