We are working in challenging times and I'm happy that everyone @EastEnglandAmb can now use @Headspace for free. I personally find meditation really helpful for my own mental health so give it a go if you haven't tried before!

At braintree community hospital this afternoon; we now offer hip and knee operations faster to patients @SouthendNHS and @BasildonHosp in this new dedicated centre as part of our clinical reconfiguration. Fab team with lots of ideas on how we can improve further.

Great to be at the opening of our new PTS base in Dunstable today, our PTS teams play a critical role in keeping our most vulnerable patients well and supporting hospital discharge so really pleased we’ve finally secured better facilities for them to recognise their hard work 👍🏻

My 8 year old niece said to my mum (her Nan) recently “Nanny, I just want to break the rules for 2 minutes so I can give you a hug..but I know I can’t” - a good example of the moral equivalence our response to C19 has required that this DC saga has destroyed. It’s very sad.
