Disagree with the Bidwell moaners. I actually thought he did a decent job yesterday and is positioning off the ball was very good. Pushed forward more in the 2nd half, and made some solid tackles at the back He's not "flashy" so gets a bad stick sometimes as a result #PUSB

@drjanaway Use @MyFitnessPal and restrict calories to 1800 daily. If eating out/take-away, make a good estimate so you don't go over too much. Been running twice a week and strength training 4 days a week too along with around 1 cheat meal a week. Seems to be working so far 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Having now sat down and reflected on Cov's season, my highlight was when a father told some people to stop swearing in front of his son at the Huddersfield game, and then proceeded to use all the swear words in existence when the referee missed a foul. What a hero #PUSB #CCFC
