I published a full length novel this month, fulfilling my boyhood dream. If you're interested in fiction that deals with the depravity of sin, and the nuances of man's will from a Christian perspective, check it out. On paperback and kindle.
Let's clarify.
Y'all told the most devout generation in a century that they cannot say Jesus is King during Holy Week.
Furthermore, you expected us to stop.
No. This train has no brakes.
1) Every single person shown in this trailer is someone I've already written off as a harm to Christ's church years ago.
2) I don't care if "we" lose democracy. Democracy is not a Christian value.
My wife deals with this about once a week. She had our son with her this time.
It is a black man every single time. When are we going to hold them accountable?
There is no improper context in which to say Christ is King.
Yes, even if you're using these words to dunk on the enemies of Christ.
Yes, even if you're using these words to make the enemies of Christ jealous.
"Wow, you want a nation built on Christian values?"
*Adjusts glasses*
"I bet you'd love a nation built on Muslim values."
*Boomer and double digit IQ round of applause*
The 2020 riots and controversy over Confederate statues led me to finally dig into the American Civil War. Within months I was sympathetic to the South.
By 2021 I had discovered my Confederate ancestry.
By 2022 I became a member of the SCV.
In 2023 I'm an officer in the SCV.
Yankee on an alt account finds out that a song about how awful Yankees are resonates with millions of Americans. He then proceeds to double down on why everyone hates Yankees.
Deo Vindiceβevery single time y'all open your mouths.
"Rich Men North of Richmond" is a white supremacist song. That's why the "rich men" are "north of Richmond". This is pretty clear dog whistling about Civil War era borders, Richmond being the former capital of the Confederacy.
@Kallias_Lives
@HarmlessYardDog
I tell people this all the time when they ask me if I can find a Confederate ancestor for them. It's rare that I can't.
What is "their country?" With open borders, it's "everyone's country."
Nobody fights for an idea. They fight for a people. Now that you've taken our ability to have a people, there's nothing left to fight for.
π΄ The military is struggling to recruit, amid an apparent disconnect with the younger generation. But it is a complex picture.
EXCLUSIVE: Americans don't want to fight for their country anymore
The argument calling Achord's book of quotes from great Western thinkers "kinist" is not going to go the way you want it to go. Conservatives are going to hear that argument and say "wait, all my heroes were kinists?"
Better would be to actually interact with the book.
@smashbaals
Stone choir and the just and sinner podcast with Jordan Cooper.
I understand that this is the most Lutheran schizo answer possible, but I enjoy both a great deal.
Just a gentle reminder that this is how Christians dealt with a deadly pandemic. Fear, ignorance, and superstition. Never trust the opinion of a Christian.
After Thomas Achord was fired from his job, his friends rallied to send him money.
@elimcgowan
then tried to destroy our act of charity.
Liberals, even the ones who call themselves Christians, will not stop until you're destitute and your children die of starvation.

Why can't you take, in good faith, our word as brothers in Christ that we are not envious of people whose identity is built around hating Christ? Are you saying we're envious that they, and not us, are in charge of the pornography industry, etc?
A final update on the Arlington Reconciliation Monument. The monument has been completely removed, and all that remains is an ugly concrete slab in its place. I do believe future generations will look at this moment in shame. The brave men buried there deserved better.
The ultimate sign that a major war is about to pop off. Military recruitment is suddenly targeting straight, white menβthe backbone of the United States.
Perhaps they shouldn't have renamed all those military bases and alienated their bread and butter.
@AngloSouthern
Baptist is definitely the ubiquitous religion anywhere in the South. In fact, it's the only reason Baptists have any kind of platform at all.
I just saw an ad in the movie theater for the U.S. Army that ended with "the next greatest generation is now."
"THE NEXT GREATEST GENERATION IS NOW."
They're about to send our kids into the meat grinder, and they're rubbing it in our faces.
Christians are rightly concerned about revisionist views of masculinity in the modern West.
To be faithful to Scripture, we must also be willing to oppose unhealthy hypermasculinity that deviates from the example of Christ.
I understand Christians who are tired of anyone more conservative than Rachel Maddow being called "far-right."
But there is an *actual* far-right and Christians must protect disaffected, 19-year-old 4chan-ers from getting sucked into it.
What people don't realize about tearing down the statues of great men is that it reinvigorates a desire to learn more about them. The tearing down of Lee's monument has caused thousands of monuments to be erected in the hearts of young men.

I would love to get clarification on how a book which argues for the domestication of men by women and the idea that women are sexually superior to men is different from the concept of the longhouse.
These ideas sound exactly the same. The women keeping the men in check.
I found an LCMS church for a friend in another state who was interested. He followed up today.
First message: "Iβm at the Lutheran Church now. It is 100 times more friendly and welcoming than [my previous] church."
Next message: "But they do evangellyfish singing for 60%"

I went from knowing nothing about this period of American history to having full shelves of read books in my home in just a short few years. I resurrected forgotten family history. The Southern cause is now a large aspect of who I am. The domino effect cannot be overstated.
I don't understand this line of argumentation. He says that profiles which show top tier architecture are dog whistling for white supremacy.
What's the alternative? Show inferior architecture and lie about it being as good? Would that dissuade people from white supremacy?

𧡠On Those Classic Cultural Twitter Accounts
Someone on here questioned why I would say that accounts like the one below are dog whistles for white supremacy.
Well, ok. Let's do this.
The LCMS needs to get it together. There is a generation of young fathers hungry for good theology and serious worship to raise their children in.
Some LCMS churches have shunned this so that they can appeal to a demographic that does not exist.
Literally nobody wants CoWo.
@ThoreaulyAwake
God's law says slavery is a permissible institution.
Lee was asked to be a traitor to his native Virginia, and told Lincoln no to his face.
The Arlington Reconciliation Monument will be removed likely in 5 days from now. I still hope for Congress to step in, but I don't see it happening to be honest. Do you guys remember when they said monuments in cemeteries would remain untouched? They were lying.
All hail the power of Jesus' name!
Let angels prostrate fall.

Functionality and beauty are good standards to judge architecture. Brutalism is objectively not beautiful. It makes the people who live amongst such buildings feel uninspired and depressed. A beautiful palace inspires men to greatness and to think thoughts higher than themselves.
Since so many hundreds (of mostly anons) reacted against my critical mention of Robert L. Dabney, I think readers should have a formal introduction to the guy---to see what all he hero-worship is about. A nice little π§΅. . . .
Literally a book of quotes from church fathers.
"Darwinian genetic racism sort of kinism."
This is how liberals view the beliefs of the only institution Christ has established to uphold the truth.
The guys who brought us The Genevan Commons are hawking kinist books.
Not "kinda sorta" kinism. Not "vaguely racist" kinism. Not "I just like my people" kinism.
Rather, White supremacist Darwinian genetic racism sort of kinism.
@aimeebyrdPYW
was always right about these men.
I was told after getting my theology undergrad at an SBC university that the SBC didn't need any more white pastors.
I have since left the SBC and am no longer pumping money into the degree mill to pursue pastoral ministry.
The SBC has earned this.
I read that there are 500 SBC churches without pastors in North Carolina alone.
Iβm sure thereβs a lot of factors to this, but I think weβre in the early days of a ministerial crisis.
There arenβt enough competent and capable pastors.
And that's not changing anytime soon.
Not shown are the private messages saying that I need to satisfactorily explain to him where I stand or he will pull the trigger on this article.
This was sometime in the late spring to early summer of 2021.

Just a reminder that Libolt is a spineless, cowardly, doxxing malakoi who only wants his goddess Rand respected.
When we re-establish order, he goes in the stocks.
A 1977 interview with 108 year old Mrs Florence Pannel who was born in 1868. She shares her memories and speaks about life for women in Victorian times. Born before the aeroplane and 101 when man landed on the moon. Her accent is remarkable.

I follow you on Twitter and Facebook, and this is the first I've heard of it. Not saying you're wrong, but this actually is the first I heard of it.

Thanks, I'd love to interact. As I have mentioned in other threads, my only requirement for engaging anonymous accounts is that you PM me with your identity and give me the name of your church/pastor. I will keep your identity confidential from the public.

Deo Vindice is the Southern national motto. It means God will vindicate. Seeing the quality of men who don't like us, it appears God has more than vindicated us.
@crwiley1962
If Gilder would have written conservative thoughts and lost, I'd honor him. Instead, he wrote liberal thoughts and gained esteem. We have the screenshots of it. We've received zero defense of it.
Robert E. Lee is honored because he fought for what was right. Gilder did not.
The reason I'm burnt out about arguing with liberals in the LCMS about whether or not the LCMS is liberalizing is because I already did this with the SBC 5 years ago.
I'm tired. I work full time. I'm just here to receive the means of grace until the ship is fully submerged.
