Fifteen years ago today, I was ejected from my SUV during a rollover vehicle accident on the interstate highway. Flew over sixty feet and landed on my right side, crushing my hip and breaking my femur. Developed AVN and DIC in the hospital. Feeling lucky to be alive & walking.

Can someone pls explain why dextroamphetamine or n-methylamphetamine isn't commonly utilized as an active placebo in clinical trials examining #MDMA as a pharmacological adjunct to psychotherapy? Effect profiles are similar enough to confuse participants & enhance blinding, IMO.

@hilaryagro That’s typically the practice, but everyone’s different. I personally stray from the term “preferred pronouns” because it would be improper to misgender someone and then claim you simply used their least “preferred” pronouns. FWIW, I just say “pronouns”. Thanks for asking ☺️

#Newsflash : At the #HorizonsNY22 , Lt General Martin Steele supported the use of P-AP/MDMA-AP for active-duty soldiers to ensure they can "serve our country". He claimed it can help "preserv[e] active duty- capability" & called the issue a "no-brainer".
