Disappointed to hear legislation for PAs to become regulated now won't be completed until Summer 2023-the original date when regulation itself was due to come into force.We need regulation now,for the onward progression of the profession& for patient safety! #RegulatePAsNow

Son had to have emergency surgery this week, amazing care from @sashnhs . From arriving through the door in ED to going into theatre was all of 1.5hrs. Really great team that saw us through it all.

Those on the voluntary register are expected to be automatically transferred to the @gmcuk register on the day of transference. Insinuates that if you are not on the PAMVR then you will have to apply separately to the GMC. #FPAConf19
