that repeats on a regular cycle. Every 16.35 days, the signal named FRB 180916.J0158+65 follows a similar pattern. For four days, it will spit out a burst or two every hour. Then it falls silent for 12 days.

Typically invisible to the naked eye high-energy explosions from the universe’s most exotic events will soon be brought into view by Unistellar/SETI Institute citizen astronomers with their new Cosmic Cataclysms science program.
Kalpana Chawla (17 Mar 1962 – 1 Feb 2003) was an astronaut and engineer and the first woman of Indian descent to go into space. Tragically, she was one of the seven astronauts aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia when it was destroyed upon re-entry.
