If you have been fighting racism most of your life then you should be supporting BAME candidates at this crucial time. Standing to be an MSP is not an easy job. I experience discrimination everyday but I don’t talk about it to provide a further platform for ignorant people.

The Media of today needs to be corrected as they do not project the reality of politics. This seat was always hard to win & we knew it from day one. In 2017 this seat was won by Labour & 2019 by SNP so it’s swinging seat. unfortunately due to an MPs behaviour this has not helped!

A sad day to hear genuine refugees won’t have the rights & opportunities I have had. I think of all those refugees who are in need of protection. The tories prefer to punish & call them illegal! What is humanity! Becoming a refugee is the hardest decision anyone has to make.
