The route to peace and justice begins with a ceasefire. Anything less, and future generations will rightly never forgive us.

If done correctly, and with the hard work of activists all over the country, I believe this is a chance for a new wind to catch the sails of the SNP and @JohnSwinney is the one to take us closer to our inevitable destination of an independent Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We’ve reached the halfway mark with my crowdfunder! 🥳 Thanks to everyone who has donated so far. It is much appreciated! If you are able to contribute to keep this seat an SNP hold, I would be very grateful.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💛💛

A truly devastating and damning indictment of the DWP. Given they cannot be trusted to remedy this injustice, Parliament must do so without delay. My SNP colleagues and I will use our voice to press for action. Justice delayed is justice denied. #WaspiWomen #WASPI

It is about time. The long fight for justice that 1950’s born #Waspi women have had to endure against this rotten Tory Government is unforgivable. Today’s ombudsman report is welcome news, it is now time for the UKGov to act & give these women the compensation that they deserve.

The SNP just voted against a tax cut for the wealthy and in favour of investment in public services. The Labour Party didn’t turn up.

Shameful, and very telling, that the Speaker let two white men (rightly) challenge the PM on his racist donors appalling comments, but not Diane Abbott herself.

Beyond belief that Speaker Lindsay Hoyle ignored Diane Abbott in a #PMQs dominated by the hate speech of Frank Hester abt Diane Abbott. In what world is it acceptable to not allow the person who has been the subject of racist & sexist abuse to speak?

When the establishment goes low, you go high. We cannot afford to miss the opportunity to deliver a ceasefire in Gaza. The Prime Minister’s failure to confirm that he would vote in favour of a ceasefire at the United Nations should worry us all. #PMQs

In his apology to the SNP last week the speaker promised them they'd be able to have an emergency debate on Gaza (called an SO24) Today he told them they can't.

Indeed. Extraordinary then that Labour chose to delay the start of today’s vital Gaza debate. They began talking animatedly about driving licences in the Chamber whilst behind the scenes - according to the Newsnight political editor - their front bench strong-armed the Speaker.

The Speaker Lindsay Hoyle’s decision to allow a vote on Starmer’s amendment to the SNP’s Gaza-ceasefire motion bails out Starmer, looks like a stitch-up of the SNP (and to a lesser extent the Tories) and breaches Commons convention. But the votes have not happened yet. And I am…
