2- Having your face generally brings more harm than good since it makes the thumbnail too busy. So we took out his face, made shorter titles and made overall simpler thumbnails. Look at the last 6 videos vs the rest in the screenshot, the views IMMEDIATELY shoot up!

Highly recommended if you are interested in understanding the behind the scenes of the Youtube algorithm even more. Some good reminders: - The default on mobile is to play a video without audio. We are in a world where on mobile, the thumbnail only shows up for half a second
