This is a photo of my beautiful horse Ice. He came to me at 6 months old and left me aged 25. When he passed I couldn’t speak. I left notes around the house for my husband to read. I honestly thought my heart would break. I now have the stunning Adara, but will never forget him♥️

This is a crystal photo of my lovely friend Lucy, who passed over the rainbow bridge 11 years ago . It’s my birthday today and my lovely husband had this done as a surprise. She was my companion all through my cancer treatment. I miss her every day. 🐶❤️

Good morning lovely TF. I lost my mum to DV when I was 15 , ! Nearly 50 yrs ago. Raised in a home ruled by a racist and bigot . Violence was normal. If I tried to protect her I got it, he knew his son was Going to be different. I loath all forms of hate and prejudice.

I remember my mum putting a tea towel over my face to stop me coughing in case we disturbed his TV News. We walked on egg shells wondering what mood he would be in when he came home. We lived in fear. Mum died when I was15. Broken and damaged.

Evening TF, What does one do when you are aware of a senior person who chaired a NHS Trust who covered up a dreadful bullying situation just to protect their own and the organisations reputation, who now sits on the board of an influential organisation?

@DrRaviJ I spoke up regarding a Senior manager. I feel I provided a balanced account of their behaviour. In the end I had to walk away because the so called experts namely the CEO and the CPO reused to acknowledge the problem. I had no faith in them or the system. Pathetic and sad.

Good morning lovely TF, A great day but also a sad one. A close friend has just been diagnosed with cancer. He is very frightened at the moment and in a state of shock. His husband is one of the nicest men I have the privilege of calling a friend. We will love and support them❤️
