@iamyesyouareno During my career in the Navy, I was lucky enough to be stationed in Scotland for two years. Rode a bike everywhere. NEVER locked it up and it was never stolen. Transferred to Portsmouth, VA. In less than a week, my car was stolen. The difference is BLACK and White.
