Long term commitment and impact. I just had the joy of watching a now 19 year old, who started at Big Noise age 9, perform as a paid musician to a cohort of 9 year olds starting at Big Noise this year. And yes I cried ❤️❤️

It was P1 school photo day yesterday and torrential rain. I decided on a high risk strategy of sending my daughter to school in bright yellow wellies with smart shoes in her schoolbag and strict instructions to change them for the photo. It didn't work 😂😂
