So, lets take this into perspective CN teams play from approx 10-11am to about 1-2am (with about 6-7 scrim maps + theory + VOD + ranked) SA teams do max 9hrs (except 3 teams) with 2-3 scrim maps + theory + VOD + 2-3 ranked games) Now you wonder why most SA teams are bad 💀

We Indians have the game since its Global beta back in 2020 and our peak achivement with a team of 5 Indians is beating Damwon Gaming in APAC LCQ 2021. The Chinese on the other hand don't even have the game released in their country and have already eliminated NaVi, T1 & LOUD.
