Startup life is not a 24-7 commitment. It’s 25-8. It’s all-consuming.

In a past life, this person was a 2x founder. And that’s the delta between being in the arena and observing the arena.

I’ve had a goal over the past few months of saying “good morning” to 3 random people (/ total strangers) by 9am each day. It’s amazing what a simple greeting and smile can do for both parties. It’s tone-setting. Would encourage everyone to try it out.
