This made my day. Mother and son out picking up litter in the Falls Park which they do 2-3 times each week. 'I do it for my children and grandchildren' the woman told me. A lot of goodness out there still. @GreenwayForAll they were divided on the Cooler/s!

On the Fridays of November, as a parish, (St John’s on the Falls), we prayed for parents, siblings, friends. Yesterday we chose to pray for all who died in our Troubles. We wanted to do so in a place/area which is dedicated to all killed. It seems such a place/area doesn’t exist.

What a lovely surprise walking hand in hand down the Falls Road 37 years of married life! I remember their daughter as a primary school saying she wanted to be a marine biologist. She graduated in marine biology earlier this year, some dreams do come true.

As promised an update on Oisín's tournament. Won 2 nil against Hillsborough drew with Willowbank Lost 3 Nil to Belfast Celtic. Oisín says: 'We played good. We got into the semi finals we were beat by Celtic Boys but we all played very well....but we're soaked'. Thanks everyone.

Refusing to let this vanish - last Saturday, as a society, we praised the transfer successes of our P7s. Days later this happens to a kid the same age. Gangsters and thugs abused this child in his own home. Not scared him or frightened him - abused him.
