Gain/Loss of function is just terminology to describe if a mutation helps the organism to function better or worse. Is there actual evidence it's a weapons lab?

I finally did it! Got my first set of foster kittens. 5 feral 5 wk old balls of hope & wonder. Stormy was my %100 inspiration that I could do this too. Thank you so much @Stormy_Iife for @Veg_Gee your inspiration. The best dog & cat breeds are RESCUES!
