And FYI- half of the patients supplements came from protocols touted by Mark Hyman ( @ClevelandClinic ) David Sinclair ( @Harvard ) & Andrew Huberman ( @StanfordMed ). So no, academia is not the pillar of evidence based medicine, patients are sadly left to sort out fact vs fiction.
