Let's get something straight If postdocs sign a 40h/week contract, get paid accordingly, and you expect them to work 60h, you are the one lacking "work ethics" not them. If some want to work 60h some weeks, that's on them. If you expect this to be the normal... PAY THEM TO DO SO

A huge percentage of it was form by lava slowly cooling down to form the magnetite crystals (magmatic rocks) 🧲
