Fed Govt approved 0% equity contribution for housing loans below ₦5m for employed people from 18 years old. Its for a duration of 25yrs FG has also approved d reduction in equity contribution for housing loans between ₦6m & ₦15m from 20% to 10%. Young people can now own homes
