I recently passed off an unopened bottle of booze given to me for standing in as a photog when the scheduled shooter bailed.
The friend I helpedc out is since divorced, remarried, divorced again and, I believe, scheduled marriage to someone who is already otherwise married.

One of my top three shows of all time and No. 2 among these choices. What puts The Wire over the top vs. Breaking Bad is that Walt should have died so many times, and The Wire writers would have done it instead of repeatedly letting him off the hook.
Lorenzo Scarano flashes the letter "C" as a tribute to former Little Falls wrestling teammate Connor Gage while on the medal stand after winning Section III's Division II 138-pound title.

As much as I don't have anything to contribute to the bigger topic, Anakin Skywalker was widely introduced to the world as Darth Vader. That's not exactly a parallel.

I'm reminded of a comedian(?) comparing a fish telling his friends about going after a worm and getting caught on a hook, pulled out of the water and thrown back in, to a human sharing a tale of alien abduction.
This is probably beneficial but has to be WTF central for the fish.

If you drew a Venn diagram of people who know the name Kamala Harris and those who know Kamala the Uganadan Giant/Headhunter, you would learn that a majority of the people in the overlap go back much further with the wrestling character.

Another first for me: Heard the crowd chanting for water during a timeout in overtime, and saw spectators tossing water bottles to OEStJ hydration specialist Deegan Eggleston.
Staff had taken the cooler down in preparation for the next game. They put it back.
