Back in April local farmer, Olly Harrison @agricontract planted 35,000 sunflower seeds, across 1 acre of land to create 200ft high letters spelling ‘NHS’. They’re in full bloom now and look beautiful 🌻

Figures today show an increase in the no.s of people in #Knowsley testing positive for Covid - But it doesn't mean we're heading for 'local lockdown'. It IS a reminder to continue social distancing, handwashing & to get tested if you have any symptoms.

New wayfinding signs are in place across #Prescot ahead of the opening of #TheShakespeareNorthPlayhouse , when thousands of visitors are expected to visit the town. It's all part of the council’s ambitions to make Prescot even more attractive & welcoming

This weekend Shakespeare North Playhouse celebrates its first birthday! The landmark cultural venue in #Prescot opened its doors in July 2022 & has welcomed over 100,000 visitors, staged 1,316 performances & hosted 149 workshops & events! @ShakespeareNP
