Totally off the H&M topic I normally stick to like glue— I’ve put on a bit of weight in the past year via depression & since 14 Aug have been dieting. Have lost a stone (14lbs) so far! Goal is a long way off tho. Fitness app predicts I will get to 🎯by the end of Feb! 😳
