This is so unacceptable. I voted remain. The fact we lost broke my heart but because I value democracy I accepted the vote. I have spent two years building bridges with leaves and I stand with them today. I stand with the fact they won and I stand with getting on with it.

The US and UK said they were going into Afghanistan to give a better future to the same women and girls they have abandoned today. Girls as young as 10 are being dragged out of their homes by the Taliban and are being sold into a lifetime of abuse. We should be ashamed right now.
