Here’s a pictorial description of what girls have been telling us about why they don’t like unisex toilets at school. It’s not the only reason, but a significant one.
I’m sure most boys don’t do this, but a small number does not automatically equate to just a small impact.
Emily, the 70year-old woman punched in the head by a male TRA at the Let Women Speak rally in Auckland is doing okay. There are some unexpected costs to her ongoing recovery, though, so a Givealittle has been set up for her. Any amount is most welcome. 1/2
Kellie-Jay Keen is not coming to NZ on the 20th, as she and her family fear for her life here too much. I’m sure the anti-women activists will celebrate this, but it may well be a pyrrhic victory. The good news is that the Let Women Speak rally in Akl on the 20th is going ahead.
Now: Police have deployed capsicum spray and pinned trans rights activists at a protest outside parliament.
In the process, a news photographer has been pushed to the ground and been capsicum sprayed.
Gender ideology has ruined women-only spaces. I now wonder if a man will be in there, and if so, will he be a ‘good’ man, or will I need to be worried? I’m on alert the whole time - something I never needed to be pre-gender ideology. To those who did this, thanks for that - not.
It seems like this is a win for the women and girls of Invercargill. A large group of women and men got together to protest the council decision to allow men who say they’re women into the female changing room, and the council listened.
Mediocre male cyclist, Anton Weatherly, magically became an elite cyclist as Kate Weatherly. Now the rules have changed, & he can no longer compete internationally posing as a woman. Unfair, he says, because he worked really hard to win women’s races.
On June 15 this year it will be legal in NZ to buy a birth certificate online, with any sex on it desired, for the princely sum of $10. This purchased-online certificate (not a copy of one’s original birth certificate) will be considered a valid document 😵💫
Charming response from Animal Justice to my post about Kellie-Jay Keen not coming to NZ.
Why would an animal justice group take time out from working on behalf of animals to be abusive to a human they don’t know, & about something that is nothing to do with animals?
KJK chooses open public spaces, because other venues cancel her as soon as they get a squeak of protest from trans activists about hiring the venue to her. It’s disruptive and time-consuming to contend with, so she now chooses places she can’t be cancelled from. 2/2
This utter determination to gloss over the nasty side of Lal is clearly a campaign. He was instrumental in instigating mob violence against women, and still lauded as some sort of crusading hero. The MSM is really scraping the bottom of the barrel.
@elizamondegreen
When I was younger, being casual about female boundaries was my way of showing that I was strong and didn’t ‘fear’ men, and a determination that I was going to have the freedoms they had. Now I see that being hardline about some boundaries is what allows women our freedoms.
I got an email from PayPal today advising of updated policies. Gender and gender identity are now protected characteristics, and PayPal has “sole discretion” over sending payments that are “harmful”. Sex isn’t mentioned as protected, but might come under the “etc” category.
@ReduxxMag
@ESPNUK
This is not women’s problem. This is a problem for men to sort out how to accommodate gender nonconforming men without dumping them on women - even if it’s what those GNC themselves men want. Stop thinking of them as women, because they’re not.
I’ve just heard that women & girls in Christchurch, NZ, have now officially lost control of their single-sex spaces to men - thanks to the latest policy passed by the Council. All any man has to do is label himself anything but male, and he’s in. I’ll write more about this soon.
I’ve read a couple of accusations now about how Kellie-Jay Keen chooses open public spaces for her Let Women Speak rallies just to grandstand & to get publicity via the protestors who show up and create a scene. Wrong. 1/2
Amongst a plethora of other vile images, this man was found with 77 videos of sexual gratification with used menstrual products he’d removed from gender-neutral toilets around Auckland. 1/2
The mums in Australia have a new tool in their kits for fighting gender ideology. They are quietly dropping these business cards in places where other mums hang out 🙂
@tmsilverman
@CaptainVirgilx
A small number of people doing something does not automatically equate to a small impact. Just one man’s (or woman’s) behaviour can do a lot of damge to a lot of people.
@TodayFM_nz
@TovaOBrien
Well,
@TovaOBrien
you certainly appear to have stood in a whole different part of Albert Pk, away from the ‘action’. What I saw, and the world is now seeing, is some seriously ugly violence towards women from trans activists. That is the takeaway from this rally by millions now.
A group of real NZ women, of various political persuasions, have got together after the appalling shut down of the Let Women Speak rally in Auckland, and we WILL be speaking regularly. Tune in on Tuesdays at 7.30pm.
This is the (privately run) cafe area in the Tākina events centre, where the inflection Point summit is being held today, and it has been shut down apparently in “solidarity with the trans community” 😳 What an unbelievably puerile thing to do! It’s actually pretty laughable.
@zeldazonk130
@SelinaStreet100
@joerogan
@ymca
This was an outrage. I’m 100% certain that the mob thugs wouldn’t have done this if it had been men talking, instead of women. The mayor is something else, too. I found his messaging so disturbing I actually emailed him about it from New Zealand - lol!
More gaslighting by our MSM. This person is a biological male not a woman, irrespective of the label they confer on themself. Mis-sexing a person helps no one, it just breeds mistrust.
Alison Mau says that Marama Davidson was the only candidate to speak out about violence against women during the election campaign. The same Marama, I do believe, who was jubilant at the violence against women in Albert Park on 25 March this year.
Well, this is funny. I’m called a nasty piece of work for not being nice about having men in women’s spaces. My response? Count on it 🤣 We women did ‘nice’, and we got shafted. I’m happy to leave the TQ alone to live their lives, but I don’t want men in female spaces.
A good day here in NZ - amongst the new incoming government’s education policies is that to “Refocus the curriculum on academic achievement and not ideology, including the removal and replacement of the gender, sexuality, and relationship-based education guidelines”.
So now
@onenzofficial
(ex Vodafone) have joined
@SparkNZ
in discriminating against certain customers. They are referring to terfs here.
Noted.
Has anyone ever seen them publicly side against any other group like they have against women here?
Went to see Graham Linehan on the last leg of his NZ speaking and book promo tour last night, which has been hosted by the Free Speech Union. Trans activists were at the gateway to the venue trying to hand out flyers, but were not motley, and not shouting at anyone. 1/4
Man claims that he has been wrongly convicted because the name on his birth certificate is different to the name he was convicted under. Who can see where chancers will go with this after sex self-ID becomes law in mid 2023?
What a schemozzle of unprofessionalism for Spark NZ and . We fully expect nothing else from Lal, but for two big telecommunications companies to be so willing to throw away customers beggars belief.
Incredible! The mayor of Wellington appears to be advocating for the same thing to happen in Civic Square tomorrow as happened at Akl’s ‘Let Women Speak’ rally today. What the heck??
Let’s be quite clear - the policies which allow free and unfettered access to all women’s and girls’ spaces and sports do not discriminate between ‘good’ men and perverted predator men. ALL men who say they’re women get a pass into women’s and girls’ spaces and sports. 1/
Kapow! Yvonne van Dongen gives a bloody great serve to those who deserve it.
Pleased to see she acknowledges Mana Wāhine Kōrero
@MKorero
in this article.
The death of New Zealand’s MSM
@rnz_news
How is she ‘anti-trans’? Because she doesn’t believe in allowing free & unfettered access into women’s & girls spaces for any man who says he’s a woman? Sounds entirely reasonable to me. The suspect ones are those who push for this.
Posie Parker’s visit to Auckland is ten days away. Ten days prior to March 25 the media & politicians were beginning to stoke up vitriol and antipathy towards her. This time, so far it’s quieter from them & their trans activist bosom buddies.
Question: Is it ‘transphobic’ for women and girls to object to policies that allow any man whatsoever who says he’s a woman to have free and unfettered access to all women’s and girls’ spaces?
Let Women Speak - Albert Pk, Akl, 11am on 25 March; Civic Sq, Wgtn, 2pm on 26 March.
@chrislynchmedia
The man who stoked up agitation all week about a rally which ended up in violence perpetrated on women, and he was jubilant about it. Kiwibank has put their ugly side on full didplay.
Not only does Linwood Pool in the Canterbury (NZ) region invite men into the women’s session, now Rolleston does. All a man has to do is say he’s a woman, and he gets in. Bizarrely, we have people in the world who seem to think that playing with semantics turns men into women.
This guy, Jackson Rākete who now goes by the name Emmy, is a criminology lecturer at Akl Uni. He is a man who wears dresses, and is frequently openly offensive on social media. Can you imagine the uproar if a teacher anywhere made a similar post about the Tainui Māori king?
Marja Lubeck is a list MP for Kaipara. Yesterday, she made a nasty tweet about a woman, which I pushed back on. Today, I’m blocked.
Blocking those who are nasty & abusive is fine, imo, but a more reasonable approach from this MP would have surely been to delete her tweet?
Both male leaders of Labour and National in NZ have now mocked the matter of toilets as an election issue. Well, boys, toilets have long been an election/rights issue for women. How lucky you are to have the luxury of thinking of it as just a joke.
Because he has autism and ADHD there’s an opinion he should be cut some slack. I pointed out that despite these he’s not blind, he saw he was punching an older woman, and he wasn’t stupid enough to punch a man. He may have been wound up, but he still knew what he was doing. 2/2
Cruz is a gay bar in New Zealand standing up for women! They are brave considering the current climate in the country. Please consider supporting them or commenting on their FB page. They posted “Women are a biological reality” along with this pic. Give it a share. 🤍
I think that trans activists have no idea how angry we women are after their abusive and violent behaviour towards our sisters in Auckland on Saturday. No idea at all.
I’m sure much sympathy will be forthcoming - for the Briscoes employee.
TiMs really should get it through their heads that despite donning a ‘woman appearance’ they don’t actually look like woman for the vast majority of time when seen in person.
We certainly won’t forget Saturday 25 March. Excellent piece here from Rachel Smalley.
Remember this date – Saturday, 25th of March. It’s the day the Greens stepped up and publicly applauded the intimidation and silencing of women.
Kellie-Jay Keen’s coming back to New Zealand on September 20th this year.
If you feel so inclined, please consider re-tweeting this, as Twitter appears to have a shadow ban on posts with Substack links in them. That’s the only reason I ask.
I rang The Platform
@theplatform_nz
this morning to give my two-cents worth about the opinion being put forward that the Albert Park ‘granny basher’ was caught up in the frenzy created by the mainstream media, Shaneel Lal & co, the govt of the day, and the Green Party. 1/2
Di Landy speaks on todayfm radio about Let Women Speak in NZ and the upcoming rallies in Akl & Wgtn. Di does a great job of keeping the focus on women, and treats the suggestion of an association with neo-Nazis with the contempt it deserves. via
@YouTube
@_chloeswarbrick
Have the backbone to say it how it was. There was NO love there from the protestors - unless the word ‘love’ has now been redefined, too.
I’ve been in this world for a while,
and I can honestly say I have never before seen so many media and people lose their lunch over a new government like we’re seeing right now. The only better entertainment concerns a certain mayor offering to blow a bloke in a boozer.
@rnz_news
You mean a spike in outrage at seeing a mob of trans activists attacking women. Can you tell me when the last time we saw that kind of mob attack on women in NZ which we saw on 25 March, while the police stood by? Or is that day a historical day in NZ?
Woman’s Day NZ mag published a story from man who says he’s a woman about his experience of violence at the Let Women Speak rally. It was certainly
something else 😳
I’ve written to Woman’s Day magazine, and offered them a different story for balance 😉
Flying to Wellington today for this 👇
I see that Kellie-Jay Keen is now in the line up of speakers. She’ll be ‘beaming in’ from the UK.
This summit is going to be epic!
To be clear about the matter of drag queens’ reading to kids in libraries - they’re NOT there to exercise their right to speak their minds, as defended by
@NZFreeSpeech
. Drag queens are there for two reasons - to impress themselves on impressionable children, and be paid for it.
Watching the live-stream of Let Women Speak Australia - Hobart, and the number of MEN protesting the rally is staggering. There’s no way they’re there for T rights, they’re there to set back women’s rights.

Oh, wow - hang on tight to your kids if you’re in NZ!
A letter received by a concerned parent from Health NZ confirms they are going to keep following WPATH guidelines, and - to paraphrase - take advice from TQ lobby groups and those invested in maintaining the TQ status quo 😲
@TeWhatuOra
Women.
How does using the phrase ‘pregnant people’ instead of the word ‘women’ comply with the recently introduced Plain Language Act? The word ‘women’ fits with it, whereas ‘pregnant people’ very obviously doesn’t.
I believe there are some losing what little mind they have over this stunt. The sheer bad-arsery of it is more fun than a bottle of rum 😄 Who’da thought that one little question would pack so much punch now?
The judge noted that it was so abnormal that there were no previous legal cases in NZ to compare for sentencing.
Hail the rise of gender-neutral toilets. 2/2
Seen in New Zealand today, the heretical words -
‘Woman, adult human female’✊
Let Women Speak rallies -
Auckland: Albert Park by the band rotunda, 11am to 1pm,
Sat 25 March.
Wellington: Civic Square, 2-4pm, Sun 26 March.
@radionz
All you’ve tried to do since the violence against women happened in Albert Park by trans activists is pretend it didn’t happen. The mainstream media, politicians, and academics all seem to have been having a cuppa tea elsewhere on that pivotal day.
This individual will be familiar to many NZers. He works at AUT University in Auckland (or did), I believe, and was reportedly instrumental in the cancelling of a Free Speech Union meeting there a couple of years ago.
@UN_Women
UN Women are a disgrace. They are transgenderists through and through, and nothing to do with women any more. As soon as anyone, or any organisation, says a woman can have a penis why would we believe anything else they say.
#defundunwomen
Apparently, removing the words ‘mother’ and ‘baby’ from the Midwifery Scope of Practice will “deliver equity for Māori and Pasifika”, and honours the Treaty. But horrible “anti-trans” groups are trying to stop it 😵💫
This babble belongs in the bin.
Security quickly hustled him and his female accomplice out. He was irksome, but he hurt no one, and damaged no property. If I’m truthful, I’m okay with him having the spirit to (briefly) do his thing, annoying and all. The flag was dealt with in a suitable manner 😁 4/4
@nzherald
They were not “scuffles” at that rally - it was out and out violence against women. KJK wouldn’t have feared for life from “scuffles”. People around NZ wouldn’t be furious about “scuffles”. Have the honesty to report it how it was - i.e. violence against women.
Well, knock me down with a feather! No trans entered the specially-made ‘open’ category for them at Swimming’s World Cup meeting this week in Berlin. I wonder what could be the reason for that? 🤔
@andrewdoyle_com
@UnleashedComedy
Pleased to report that NZ has kicked our proposed hate speech laws to the kerb, as announced by Minister of Justice, Paul Goldsmith.
I have heard Emily’s story from someone I trust, so will vouch that this is a genuine request, although her story has to stay out of the public sphere, also for genuine reasons. A police report about the assault is now filed, so there may be a happy outcome from that soon. 2/2
@BookshopGhost
Oh dear - moral superiority is a slippery beast. I take it you’ve thoroughly investigated the lives of all the authors of children’s books you stock, to ensure they all meet the moral yardstick you’ve applied? Or have you only applied it to one author?
This morning on The Platform, NZ Minister of Education, Erica Stanford, claimed that she wasn’t aware of groups such as InsideOUT teaching their (trans ideology) courses themselves to school students, sometimes with no teacher in the room. 1/2
@sarah4ilam
Dear Sarah, no matter what names you assign people in your drive for ‘inclusivity’, although it’s hard to understand how obsfucation is helpful in any way, only women give birth. Assigned names aren’t bodies - with love from The World.
Yesterday, I posted this pic of a billboard reportedly seen in Lower Hutt NZ.
Due to health orgs now using incorrect language for women and men, I (and many others) misunderstood the message. After that was pointed out, I intentionally left the post up 1/2
Interesting how our “right to protest” didn’t extend to allowing Speak Up for Women’s right to erect a billboard which said “Woman - adult human female”. Wellington City councillor Teri O’Neill went ballistic over that.
I am so looking forward to Kellie-Jay Keen’s ‘Let Women Speak’ tour to New Zealand during the second half of March this year. Make no mistake, we women will be looking out for each other.
@HJoyceGender
The sooner certain women realise that self-ID ‘women’ are just men shutting down women AGAIN, the better. It will happen to them, too, sooner or later.
Thank you to these amazing women who stood outside NZ House in London & read the speeches we were unable to give at the Let Women Speak rallies in NZ, due to the TRA thuggery which closed them. My speech is read out between 4.30 & 10.35

What a day! First, Damien Grant admits that he was a dick (my word) to ignore the controversy around gender-identity ideology as it relates to kids, and now the NHS in the UK is saying “stick your chest-feeding where the sun don’t shine” (my words again).
Very good piece by Suzanne Levy of Speak Up for Women NZ
@SpeakUp4WomenNZ
, dismantling ACT MP Deborah Coddington’s spurious vilification of Kellie-Jay Keen (yes, another one).
He had stood up and donned a ‘trans’ flag around his shoulders. I don’t think anyone understood what he was shouting, but the audience wasn’t sympathetic 😄 My partially disabled older woman friend turned around in her seat and somehow wrested the ‘trans’ flag off him 😆 3/4
@archieth0m
The irony of you not seeing the irony of having your special space, where you can feel free and safe, taken over by ‘imposers’ is delicious 😁
Excellent commentary from Ani O’Brien
@aniobrien
about the middlemen and one-song media in control of politics and the narrative now. Like her, I don’t know when I’ll be able to forgive the MSM for what they helped do to women at the Akl rally, either.
Kellie-Jay Keen is an absolute legend! Whilst the TRA thugs were baying all around her and trying to assault her at the ‘Let Women Speak NZ’ rally in Auckland this morning, she spotted a TRA journo and still had the courage to call that journo out during it all. Legend ✊
