@TheJaredIsham These renderings again show that building the new ballpark in Oakland would be easier, faster, and cheaper. Plus stronger fan support, more TV revenue, better transportation access. In Oakland can have the approx. 15 acres desired, at an approved site. And better financially.

@OakStadiumWatch They said they wanted a huge site - first Coliseum, which has great transportation access, and Oakland did the work to advance it. Then they said they wanted Howard Terminal, and Oakland provided environmental clearance and brought hundreds of millions of $ for infrastructure.

I don't care much if you call my proposal, to allow duplexes - fourplexes in more parts of Oakland, "radical" if you want to - though it did pass Council unanimously, and includes anti-displacement protections. But it's the practice of exclusion that should be called extreme.
