A court will not make an order if compliance is impossible. Anulling the election would mean that IEBC conducts a lawful election. IEBC can't. Which is why an order of annulment would need careful couching and extra work for the court.

Thank you lawyer John Khaminwa for going to Kisii for the preliminary hearing of the case where are people charged with the murder of 4 women accused of witchcraft. Khaminwa is counsel for the families of those killed. The presence of such a senior lawyer humanises those killed.

Kenyatta must recognize, as a first weakness, his inability to see a fight he does not want to engage in. It does not matter to him who is in the list of 41 judges. His only reason for the fight is to embarrass CJ @dkmaraga and show himself as boss. 2/

The vandalism on @bonifacemwangi ‘s property is vile and unacceptable. There should be a full, independent and transparent investigation of the incident including the allegation by Boniface that a powerful elected official was responsible for the vandalism.
