Article 138(10) of the Constitution provides that the Chairperson of IEBC shall declare the results of the presidential election. The law does not demand quorum. Differently put, walkout by four Commissioners taints but does not invalidate the results.

RAILA WAIGURU alliance is now hidden in plain sight. Even the exceptionally lazy, wouldn't struggle to see this. Waiguru is Jubilee, and Jubilee is Uhuru, and Uhuru is the Handshake, and the Handshake is 2022. In short, Raila is ridding into the future like a Boss.

LAWYERS are increasingly crossing the line of ethical behaviour on social media. Law is a healing profession steeped in the tradition of decency and dignity. A lawyer, by training, must be controlled in conduct and measured in reaction. A lawyer must not disparage another lawyer.

I've received a call that Police Officers attached to Funyula Police Station conducted a raid at local chang'aa dens. In one of the homes, Officers arrested a child of tender years, called Tracy Nanjala aged 10 years ostensibly because the mother fled. This is illegal arrest.

BBI is a political formation designed by UHURU to lock Ruto out of power, for whatever reason. Yet Ruto remains stranded in denial. Otherwise he'd know there's no political dividend in attending BBI Mombasa or other rallies. He's unwanted there. How's this difficult to grasp?

Congratulations to @ODPP_KE for securing a definitive conviction against Sirisia MP John Waluke in corruption case. As it is Waluke has lost his seat within the meaning of Justice Mumbi Ngugi's Guideline Ruling, and Articles 73(1)(a)(iv), 103(1)(b) and 104(1) of the constitution.
