Similarly to HSR, the character events in Part 2 will be permanent with only some time-limited rewards. These can be accessed anytime, but I highly recommend playing through Thelema's event before starting Chapter 2 when 7.4 drops.

An interesting fact is that AI Lambda is not the first character born from a time crystal in #HonkaiImpact3rd . Elysia was the first one. Time crystals occur due to spontaneous symmetry breaking. The fact that all her powers are related to crystals is no coincidence.

That was the end of 'Retrospect', which is the first part of GGZ's main storyline. After that, a new part called 'Reborn' started. 'Reborn' it's still ON-GOING even today. I believe that 'The Moon's Beginning and Ending' is just the 'Retrospect' of HI3.

A lot of people seem to think that all the planets we visit in HSR are contained in a single World (Universe) and separated from the rest of the HoYoverse games. That is false! Each planet is in a separate World.

Fun Fact! If HoYoverse sticks to the current schedule, Part 2 will begin in China on February 1st and globally on February 29th. Since 2024 is a leap year, we'll get Part 2 in the same month, but CN will start on the first day, and the other servers on the last. 😅👀

The world of Honkai Impact 3rd is just another world on the Imaginary Tree. Welt can't return home because 'Earth' is not on the route of the Astral Express. In other words, it's not connected by the Star Rail to the rest of the Universe. (Yet)

Depending on what you consider the 'main story to be, this is not really the ending. Even if the story that they build from the start is going into its final stage, a new 'main story' inside HI3 will most likely take its place afterward.
