Those 13 hour A&E waits to be seen are becoming the norm rather than the exception. For @sajidjavid to simply say we have unprecedented pressures severely underplays the dangerous and unsafe the situation now is. Could/should the government be prosecuted for manslaughter?

Clinical understanding requires a fundamental understanding of underlying physiology, pharmacology and anatomy (plus so many other disciplines). Dismissing this creates a generation of *very* mediocre clinicians.

@DrKate_Miller Better wealth distribution provides more spending money to help improve living standards and ease expenditures. It can actually lower/counter inflation and thus combat adverse effects of supply chain disruption on prices and economy. Greed however is blinding and self limiting.

The #NHS actually became privatised several years ago when conditions arose where working for it as a private contractor (bank or locum) meant you'd earn far more (3-4x) with greater flexibility. Temp agencies are the backbone of the NHS now and keep it afloat.

Standard US monthly premiums are $400-500 per person and this bumps up higher for those with chronic conditions which they can refuse ongoing coverage for. Also plans may not cover the full cost of care. The #NHS isn't failing patients -

I can't stress that my support for the @ParticlProject rests on its #marketplace app gaining traction. The integration of this with $PART currency and in-client currency exchange and communications creates a self contained system for #private commerce to ease convenience.

@La__Cuen Honestly @ParticlProject could deserve some love; 1st PoS chain with hardware enabled cold staking, first BTC codebase to implement RingCT; onchain encrypted comms, marketplace, trustless escrow and DEX being developed on its testnet but virtually unheard of or misrepresented.

@AdamWagner1 @PrivacyMatters The UK has been a democracy in name only for several years now. It promotes the image of freedom of expression and civil liberties whilst committing to it only on the most superficial of terms. To genuine libertarians the hypocrisy is both glaring and repellant.

People often mistake price point with value. They are not the same thing. A concept, product or belief can be highly valuable even if the market heavily under prices it ( @ParticlProject ). Conversely a product can cost a lot even if its fundamental value is questionable ( #nfts )

@TheDesertLynx @DigitalCashNet We could potentially integrate @Dashpay as a payment option for the @ParticlProject marketplace down the line (think late 2024). It would be part of our overall strategy of integrating @BasicSwapDEX into the marketplace app but other methods are possible and all worth exploring.

@BladeoftheS No. I would rather that corporations were to always have 49-50% of 'employee class' shares (providing equivalent voting and capital rights) distributed evenly across employees. Then in theory everyone has incentives to grow the company and the employees can vote to reject pay

@teo_leibowitz A marketplace already exists that: Supported BTC payments. Is integrating DAI payments. Uses smart contract escrow. Has self governance. Has native on-chaib mixers via ringCT. Has multiple privacy layers. Is fully decentralised. @particlproject But please stop assuming intent.
