Follow up to the video I did recently with Sport NI about mental health & the positive response both @Kerrso86 and I received. I'm seeing a counsellor again atm just to keep on top of things. Alongside exercise, eating healthier etc it is good stuff for health & wellbeing 👌.

I've seen this argument a lot. Derry were playing Dublin in league when I started co hurling. Since funding drive, Dublin are continuously in div 1, won national league, leinster Sen, several leinster underage & Cuala won 2x AI club. Hurling dev is nearly more rapid than football

Everyone should be in support of the nurses strike. It is hard to describe how brilliant the care our Liam receives when he is admitted to hospital. They couldn't be paid enough. It's scandalous that they have to fight for equitable pay considering the job they do ✊✊.
