#Greek WWII resistance hero Manolis Glezos passed away today. In one of the first acts of the Greek resistance, Glezos scaled the Acropolis with Apostolos Santas and tore down the swastika. This action inspired not only Greeks, but all people in occupied Europe to resist. RIP
