Schaut in die Niederlande! Es ist zwar auch nicht alles Gold, was glänzt, aber hier entfristet man assistant professors bereits nach 12-18 Monaten und schafft so einen starken Mittelbau. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man das in Deutschland nicht hinbekommt. #WissZeitVG
