Apropos nothing, I think it's important to clarify what I have *not* said (being a WoC a lot gets assumed/projected): 1) all analytical and natural law jurisprudence lacks value; 2) Raz/Kelsen/Hart should never be taught in any UG "introduction to juris" courses;

This important book is v unlikely to have been produced at a UK uni today. It took 7 years to write! Reliance on the #REF for *basic* funding has discouraged the *slow* thinking, writing and research likely to produce a deeper/qualitatively diff't contemplation about a subject.
