So what: Soldiers' pay increases between a min of 6.8%, at WO1, and a high of 9.67, at Pte. Officers' pay increase see a high of 8.5% at OF-1 Step 2, and low of 5.8% at OF6 at Step 6. (Not a financial advisor, just an excel geek who likes numbers)
