A random egg fact - to tell if an egg is raw or boiled spin it. If the egg spins easily it's boiled, if it wobbles it's raw. If it's fried or scrambled it may be part of the epic UJC eat-all-you-need breakfast! Table service is back 17 May - for rest, work and play!
We post as the sun rises in the Southern Hemisphere. Respect and good wishes to our commonwealth friends and allies on Anzac Day. Pictured: The 13 VCs listed in the UJC memorial book, each awarded for action in Gallipoli on this day in 1915.
