@PierrePoilievre
So your latest unprovoked attack on Canadians is directed at our public servants? You will sacrifice every shred of your humanity to score a hit against PMJT. You are a bully, and all bullies are cowards. Sit down.
@BernardValcourt
@CBCNews
@JorgeBarrera
When I was a little kid, my Grandfather tried to explain "deliberate ignorance" to me. He would have recognized you right away, and would have crossed the street to avoid you.
@PierrePoilievre
CBC is not a state broadcaster. You know that. CBC is a Public Broadcaster. You know that, too. Yet you insist on telling a lie. That makes you a liar. Get lost.
@LMartinWashDC
She warned the PMO, the PCO, and PMJT himself how dangerous their interference was. And when they mounted a campaign fo bullying and intimidation against her, she stood up to them. PMJT was my hero, now it's JWR.
@scottheidi576
@JustinTrudeau
Both my parents had the TB scars. My Dad was the Medical Officer of Health for UBC when the polio epidemic hit in 1950. Youโd better believe that we kids became walking pincushions. Every shot, every time. We are grateful for that, and make sure we do it for our kids in turn.
@merry123459
@IanMcPHE7T2
My father was the Medical Officer of Health for UBC when the polio episode struck in 1950. He drained the swimming pool and shut off all the fountains. We kids were given every vaccine that came along. Human pincushions! And I am grateful for it.
@nytimes
Dear NYT: You might consider crediting the original Canadian reporter and publication who did ALL the work on this story. The New York Times that I support financially should apologize for the wholesale theft of the work of others. Do better.
@PierrePoilievre
This crap ๐ฉ again. Hotel assignments for the Queenโs funeral were made by the BRITISH GOVERNMENT! And if your founder Harper hadnโt sold off Canadaโs London residence, Canadaโs delegation could have stayed there at a much lower cost.
@AndrewScheer
Not replacement workers. Experts coming to install proprietary equipment. Then training Canadians to operate it. Then going back home. Net benefit to Canada.
@markstrahl
@denisebatters
Nonsense. Toronto and Vancouver airports are locally managed. PMJT did not cause the storms, the mechanical breakdowns, or the surge of holiday travellers.
@AdamBolt13
@TheEconomist
The Economist is a widely respected magazine, but they made a dozen editorial mistakes with this article. There will be some red faces around there tomorrow.
@ColinDMello
Never sell public lands. Never. Lease them if they are surplus to current requirements, but donโt ever sell them. They canโt be replaced at current market prices.
@HiggsAndRussell
@Garossino
These are known as โReagansโ after the actor-president who used to tell entirely made-up stories in such a sincere voice that people believed them.
@DianeMariePosts
@bilongma
My father was the Medical Officer of Health for UBC when the polio epidemic struck in 1950. From that moment, all of us kids became walking pincushions. Every shot, every time. We did the same for our children and so will they.
When it comes to climate change, uncertainty is NOT our friend. Another clip from my 2017 House Science Committee testimony (Lamar Smith presiding). I respond to a skeptical question from a Republican congressman (their witnesses curiously declined to respond, so I weighted in):
@CKNW
@steeletalk
Councillor Patton appeared to be completely deaf. All I heard was the sound of her trying to slam the door. The notion of considering raises for *elected* people in camera is nonsense. It's sneaky. It's dirty. The claim that it's an*personnel matter* is laughable.
@cblackst
@TheAgentNDN
This CTV story neglects to mention that it was Stephen Harper who signed this deal in his last week in office, after being defeated by Justin Trudeauโs Liberals. For shame.
@DuaneBratt
BUT itโs not โbefore the courtsโ at all. She has merely sent a nasty letter, not filed a suit. She could answer questions if she wished.
@CPAC_TV
Nonsense. Your party didnโt โacceptโ the Judge. Your party *participated* in the process, and they didnโt involve you. So shut up, Andy.
@CalgaryPolice
This is so weak. The patches "need to be replaced?" Show some real leadership. Just tell officers that anyone wearing this or any other unofficial decoration while on duty after 2359h on April 1 will be disciplined on the spot.
@RobertM82677542
@charlesadler
You donโt know that. Diplomacy is best when it is quiet, and is weakened when yapping dogs try to score cheap political points.
@PierrePoilievre
The stalled negotiating process was revived when Minister Seamus O'Regan arrived in town. He instructed the Mediator to report on a reasonable deal, and set a time limit for the two sides to accept the proposed deal. It was accepted, and the strike is over. Urgent business done.
@EDenhoff
All extractive resource companies should be required to post an environmental protection bond sufficient to repair and restore their projects after shutdown. Let the financial markets determine the risks, and price their bonds accordingly.
@HChristie2104
I value your reports, but you are mistaken here. Itโs a matter of traditional Native governance being conducted in public, where all see and participate. Much like City Councils and Legislatures. They are now conducted with cameras for the benefit of the public.
@waub
@Terrilltf
I was in high school in BC during the 1960s, and there was zero mention of anything to do with native matters. In History class, we learned more about Jacques Cartier, bold explorers, and the Kings of England.
@Lib_Development
@EdanNelson
@leadingmobility
Silly me. I just got hooked by the word "elevation." Yes, I do know about track profiles and all that stuff. Sadly, I don't know how to do the math and physics involved. Instead, I hire people smarter than I am. That's a big population from which to draw.
@brianlilley
@JustinTrudeau
Note: Education is solely a provincial matter, as is curriculum. PMJT is not forcing anything on kids, or parents, or schools.
@merry123459
@HopeAldridge
PMJT arranged for GG Mary Simon to invest ex-PM Stephen Harper into the Order of Canada while all were in London. Gracious behavior by all.
@GlobalBC
@keithbaldrey
HA! The bridge that neither Richmond or Delta want? The one they have opposed since Christy popped it out without consultation? That bridge?
@georgeisgeorges
@jmbyyc
@Suavebones
@Literature_Lady
Understood, but Dismiss that thought for the sake of your kids. They are the most attentive audience you will ever have and they see everything. They love you and want all of you to be happy.
@ianjamesyoung70
As a professional, I am stunned at the lack of *official* paid communion by Public Health authorities. Donโt they understand that radio and TV spots can be produced overnight, messages changed as need arises?
